Who we are

Sturdy Harbor is a shop operated by Codext GmbH, Frankenstraße 10, 74549 Wolpertshausen, Germany (HRB 772091, Amtsgericht Stuttgart). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error. Shipping is free within the 50 US states and DC.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.

Product information

We describe products from the manufacturer's specifications and our own checks. Colors can look different on different screens. Sizes are approximate. Use products as intended and follow the instructions that come with them.

Warranty and liability

Products come with the legal rights you have under the law of your state. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we provide products as described and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and our own images on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please do not copy them without asking.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This does not take away consumer protections that apply where you live. Please write to support@sturdyharbor.com first. Most problems can be solved in a day or two.

Changes

We may update these terms. The terms in force when you ordered apply to your order.
